What does the wedding package include?
Your $4,000 wedding package includes full access to The Volga's ballroom and grounds from Friday at noon through Sunday at noon — giving you plenty of time for setup, your event, and teardown without feeling rushed.
Is the cleanup fee required?
No. The $500 cleanup fee only applies if additional cleanup is needed beyond standard post-event cleanup. Most weddings don't incur this fee.
Can we reserve the biergarten for our wedding?
Yes — for an additional $1,500, the biergarten can be reserved exclusively for your event. Without this add-on, the biergarten remains open to the public during your wedding weekend.
Do we have to use on-site catering?
No. You're welcome to use Chef Jaclyn's on-site catering or bring in your own off-site caterer — whichever works best for your event.
